It’s the total commission you could earn, based on the seats you personally sponsor.
It’s not guaranteed income — it reflects the opportunity you’ve created through personal effort.
Each “seat” you sponsor gives you 1 point. Bonus or promotional seats do not count.
Each point is equivalent to $1,000 in Commission Potential.
Example: sponsoring someone who buys a 3-pack gives you 3 points = $3,000 in Commission Potential.
How It Works / Using It
Your Commission Potential = (personal points) × $1,000
As you accept commission payouts, those payouts reduce your remaining Commission Potential.
Example: If you build 6 points (i.e. $6,000), then take a $1,000 payout, your remaining Commission Potential is $5,000.
Help Me - Help You
You cannot earn commissions unless you personally sponsor others (i.e. create Commission Potential).
If you haven’t sponsored anyone, your Commission Potential stays at zero, and you are not eligible for commission earnings.
Even if your team grows via spillover or indirect recruitment, you can’t exceed your own cap (i.e. the Commission Potential you personally built).
Team Growth and Caps
Once you have some Commission Potential, your team’s efforts can help you reach it.
However, you cannot payout more than the ceiling set by your personal contribution (i.e. the total you created).
This ensures that rewards scale with personal effort.
TEXIT Rangers - Here to help!
Some top contributors who focus on mentoring, team support, events, etc., are designated TEXIT Rangers.
For these individuals, the usual Commission Potential cap is lifted (i.e. “no limit”).
In other words, strong leadership activity can allow you to exceed the standard cap.

The system is designed to reward real builders, ensure fairness, and prevent “free riders” from taking more than they contribute.
Personal effort unlocks potential, and team success helps you realize it — but you can’t earn beyond what you bring in, unless you’re a recognized leader (TEXIT Ranger).
